Respect: Respect for all attendees, performers, and staff is paramount. Treat everyone with kindness, consideration, and empathy.

Inclusivity: This event is open to all individuals who support female empowerment, regardless of gender identity.

Consent: Always ask for consent before engaging in any physical contact or taking photographs/videos of others.

Safety: Look out for yourself and others. Report any unsafe behavior or situations to event staff immediately.

No Drugs or Alcohol: This is a substance-free event. Please refrain from bringing or consuming drugs or alcohol on the premises. 

Environmental Consciousness: Help us maintain our sacred space by disposing of trash properly and respecting nature.

No Discrimination: Discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or ableism, will not be tolerated.

NO PETS: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, please leave your pets at home. Service animals only. 

Have Fun: Most importantly, have fun, embrace the spirit of female empowerment, and enjoy the festivities!

Where is this event Located?

  • This event is held on private lands. It is located in Washougal, WASHINGTON, just 35 minutes outside Portland, OREGON.

How do I purchase tickets for the event?

  • All event tickets must be purchased through our website. No tickets will be sold at the gate. Other sites attempting to offer tickets for this event are potential scams.

Can I get free tickets for this event?

  • We don't offer free tickets unless an exchange is made for either some service or a contribution of equal or greater value. While this event is meant to foster community, we have several vendors offering handcrafted items for sale, performers showcasing their talents who deserve to be tipped, and a team of event coordinators and showrunners whose time is valuable. By requesting free tickets, you are devaluing the hard work of those dedicated to putting on this event.

What should I wear to the event?

  • As this is an outdoor event with varied terrain, we recommend comfortable and weather-appropriate attire. Closed-toe shoes suitable for walking on gravel and uneven ground are highly encouraged. For sun protection, don't forget sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. Period, fae, fair, and cosplay are always highly encouraged. We also recommend that attendees dress in a manner that honors the theme of the year.

Can I bring my food and drinks?

  • Yes, outside food is allowed at the event. We'll also have food and drink vendors available on-site for your convenience.

Are there restroom facilities available?

  • Yes, restroom facilities and trash bins are available on-site for your convenience. Please help us keep the area clean by disposing of trash properly.

Can I bring my children?

  • Children are welcome to attend with parental supervision. Disruptive attendees will be asked to leave. Children must also follow the rules of the event space. They must be monitored at all times and accompanied by an adult. There should be two adults per child ratio. Children under 13 can get in for free.

 

Can I bring my pets?

  • Pets and animals are NOT allowed on the premises except for service animals. Please respect this policy for the safety and comfort of all attendees. 

Is there parking available?

  • Yes, parking is available on-site. Please park only where the attendant says to park. DO NOT create new roads or pathways. We strongly encourage carpooling to minimize traffic congestion and emissions. Please be mindful of the duration of your parking to allow others to enjoy the event, as parking is limited.

Can I engage in creative activities at the event?

  • Absolutely! We encourage creativity and self-expression. Feel free to bring musical instruments, dress up, and participate in art-making activities in the open spaces. If you're interested in performing or contributing creatively, please contact our event organizers in advance for coordination.

 Is there a policy on smoking, drug, or alcohol use?

  •  Smoking, drug, and alcohol use are strictly prohibited during the event. This is a dry event. Any individuals found engaging in these activities will be asked to leave immediately. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees.
